Dream:
AssalamuAlaikum-Warahmatullahi-Wabarakatuhu,
Respected Sheikh,
I got a dream last night. I was on a plain in the universe,where there were just white souls all around but were acting insane and looked mad. I saw our beloved Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam,telling me not to be one amongst them as they follow their heartly desires and therefore are still suffering even while following the deen. He(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) adviced me to take Allah Subhanahu Wa Taala‘s advice in everything and follow the inspirations.
My questions are –
1)I was confused in my dream,whether these people are dead or these are those who are sleeping. Please give me some knowledge on this aspect.
2)A good advice,as you are a learned scholar,Mashallah TabarakAllah!

wa `alaykum salam,
That is a truly blessed dream for you saw the Prophet (s) and whoever saw the Prophet (s) in a dream will see him in real life, as Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani has explained many times.
The insane ones are those who have become drunk with dunya love. as the Prophet (s) advised you, don’t be one of them, but be instead drunk with love of Allah swt, His Prophet and His lovers, the saints of Allah.
