Question:
Assalamualaikum Mawlana Shaikh Hisham.
I was confronted with a comment that dream interpretation makes you see the future, which isnt allowed in Islam, so you should not do it. I had no answer to give because i dont know that much, but i know that if you do it then it would be correct. But could you please tell me, what to answer to this comment and for my knowledge as well that its ok to do it, is it a sign from Allah ? also if there is any supporting sunnah or hadith could you please tell me.

The Prophet upon him peace, made dream interpretation a Sunnah. It has its methodology which the experts know and teach like any other discipline. What should be avoided is unqualified interpretation and of course making up dreams.
