Salam Shakyh Hisham and blessed Shayukh,
I have two questions that I humbly ask for some insight.
For the past year or so there has been an increase in the number of cats wandering in our neighbourhood, all of which seem to particular enjoy sitting in our back garden, even when they have gardens of their own to relax. One late night after mawlid we came home to find a white cat sitting outside our front door, it just sat even as we approached it, it sat. Does this and all the cats have any significance?
Also a blind relative who is staying with us, is losing sleep as he says that when he sleeps he feels like someone is playing with his pillow and pulling his feet. We play Qur’an and burn incense but still the same. What can be done, is this anything to worry about?

If clean and peaceful these cats are good neighbors. Let your relative make wudu‘ before sleep, recite the last three Suras of Qur’an, and blow on himself.
