Dream:
I dreamt I was in a wedding where all my family was, I was greeting guests.I saw a beautiful man dressed in white with a tasbi. Later I was behaving as if this was my wedding and I told my uncle I think I saw Rasoolallah saw, he was the most beautiful guest, he said it was him,I panicked and began frantically searching for him everywhere throughout the dream. I could not find him and the only thing that I had was his tasbi. I was very upset as many members of my family did not seem to care about my sighting.
This Is all I remember at the moment. Please could you tell me what this means? Did I really see the beloved rasoolallah saw?
Interpretation:
wa `alaykum salam,
The wedding represents reaching a special station of closeness to the Divine, and Rasulullah’s presence there was confirmation and blessing, for as Shaykh Hisham Kabbani has explained, who sees the Prophet in a dream will see him in this life, before the next, insha-Allah. Additionally you will be saved during seven different extreme difficulties of this life and seven in the next. The tasbih indicates the path to achieve this station, ie. via Dhikrullah, while oblivious family-members indicate the ego’s resistance to Divine Service.
