Question:
I got accepted in 2 uni.the first major in law and the second is tafsir quran. i prayed istikhara,and had a dream. I was in a little beach house.i saw the ocean & sky is so blue & clear. Theres raft out there. I got on it.and the raft sunk. But floats again.

The ocean in your dream is the Quran inshallah. Assuming that the university you have applied to is an Islamic university and this law major you refer to is Islamic law (e.g. Fiqh) then the raft you saw is this law. This means that fiqh is the raft that floats on top of the Quran but tafsir is diving into the ocean of the Quran. If you go with law then you will remain on the surface of the water, but if you go with tafsir, you will dive into the bottom of the ocean.
If this law major is not Islamic law then it can still be represented by the raft. However, in this case the raft is a hindrance and deceiving, it sinks a little bit making you think you’re going to dive into the bottom of the ocean of realities (Quran), but in reality it will just float to the surface.
