Assalamualykum,
I dreamt that I’m in a crowd of people unknown to me all of them taller than me but I’m short. Right know I’m going through a rough patch in my life I have recently done a knee surgery.

This dream can mean that you are going through a time of hardship. Be patient, things can change.Do the dikr of “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji`un ” at least 300 times a day and after the dikr , make the du`a saying “Ya Allah reward me from my calamity and replace it with better than it.” Then do the Darud Shareef and the Fatiha. In sha’Allah things will change. And Allah (awj) knows best.
