I had a dream that am with my family and all of a sudden i feel bit uncomfortable and my left hand started to pulsate and got stiff and than saw Allah written with my veins and later saw Allah written with in black color on my palm.

That dream signifies you are Naqshbandi and that is represented by the naqsh (engraving) on your palm and back of the hand, and it means you have a power to help people by your hands, ie. raising them in dua, you will be answered, by the baraka of our Mashaykh, and Allah knows best.
