Many Awliya report verifying the authenticity of certain Hadiths directly with the Prophet SAW in waking visions, amongst them Imam Suyuti, Shaykh Salih al Ja’fari, Imam al Haddad, etc. Are there any compilations available of such hadith?

Not that I know of. See the discussion in the section “Authentication of Hadith by kashf” in Sunna Notes Volume 1.
