I saw this dream after Fajar prayer that small orange colour worms are coming out from my mouth and they are jumping. I was so worried in my dream that I thought I would die because of this. Please interpret this dream

If one seeing worms coming out of your mouth means that some members of your family are plotting against you, though you know it, and you will finally escape from their danger at your own expense.
