Al salamou alaykom, I saw myself in a dream standing in prayer. I suddenly saw my left breast member exposed and did the tasleem after it. What does that possibly mean? Thank you.

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm
Wa `alaykumu s-salāmu wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh
Standing in prayers means you are on the right path towards the Divine Presence insh Allah but the left breast exposed shows a deficiency which needs improvement. You may try to recite salawat ala Nabi ﷺ daily as it will help you to improve insh Allah.
