I choose to jump off the cliff into the sea below than get caught and be killed by the enemies. I survive and come to the surface and crawl onto the land. There is a ladder that goes up the side of the cliff to the top. I am soaking wet but start climbing.
Answer:
You accepted to “die before you die” at the spiritual level, and with the baraka of your spiritual teacher, rather than submit to nafs, dunya, hawa and shaytan. Through this intention you are successful and supported to climb towards heavenly stations, and Allah knows best.
