Dream:
In Ramadan I saw a Kalama ‘La -e-la ha il-ul-ah” in Big Beautiful words and ‘Mohammad—Ur—-Parasol–lullaha” in small words above the Kalma in sky.. Under the kalma there was a line of instruction. If someone will do this wirid he will get shiffa. To be conveyed in hospitals and bazars.

audhu billah mina ‘sh-shaytani ‘r-rajeem,
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem,
It is as you have written. La ilaha il-Allah, Muhammadan Rasulullah is healing for sickness and economies for dunya and akhira.
