Dream:
As-salamu ‘alaykum,
I keep having dreams about little baby boys, not more than 3-4 years old. Other times they are of suckling age. I do not know them, but they are supposedly mine. In other dreams it is little baby girls of suckling age. I remember giving one of them milk, and it was apparently too hot so she was screaming. One time I remember it was a young girl, not more than 10 years old, hugging me. Wa Llahu a’lam.
Does this mean anything?

This dream can mean that you have many projects like exams or paper work or something that is demanding, and you have to take care of them all. The girl is easier to take care of than the boys.
