Dream:
Assalamu alaikum ya Sayyidi Mawlana Shaykh Hisham.
I posted this dream about one month ago and I was hoping that insha Allah you can help in telling us the interpretation.
We do not have any children yet as we are recently married, but about 4 months ago my wife dreamed we had a baby boy. We were attending a family gathering, and my wife gave our baby to my mother in-law to hold. The baby suddenly spoke saying, “I am Taurat.” Everyone in our family was shocked and astonished. My wife says that in her dream, the first thing that ran through her mind after hearing the baby speak was that this is an ayat that Sayyidina Mahdi (as) is coming very soon.
Interpretation:
wa `alaykum salam,
That is correct, and Allah knows best. The newborn saying “I am the Tawrat” is like `Sayyidina ‘Isa (as) who spoke in the cradle, and he was Kalimatun min Allah, a Word from Allah, and his return (Second Coming) is preceded by the appearance of Sayyidina al-Mahdi (as).
