wa `alaykum salam,
I think you mean to say you are a murid of Shaykh Ilyas Qadri and that is good fortune.
The dream refers to Surat al-Balad, The City, in which the Prophet (s) was born and raised and received Wahiy. It means prepare for the ennobling of Mecca al-Mukarrama in a new and special way that is coming soon, in the Last Days, and that is the appearance of al-Mahdi (as), and Allah knows best.
