We are in the end times and the attacks will increase progressively as the foretold appearance of the anti-Christ comes closer. Doctors refers to Awliya, and it means they need your help in order to protect you. Your help means avoiding prohibited words and deeds and keeping the orders of Allah (swt). Allah knows best.
