Dream:
I had a dream, where I was living in the times of the messenger. I received a message that Rasul Allah had lost their eye sight and were not in good health. However when I went to the masjid with my grandfather, I saw that Rasul Allah were perfectly fine and giving khutba from the mimbar. I am currently doing an optometrist course for eye care, is there a link?

Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:
This dream can mean that you worry about passing the exam, but you are going to succeed, represented by your grandfather and the Prophet (s) doing just fine.
