i used to be able to see my deceased husband very frequently in my dreams and he would give me insight into things I did not know or things I may have had questions about. Now I hardly ever get to see him. He died 3 yrs back n is still very important in my life. Could you give me advice on how to strengthen my connection to him please… thank you Shaykh

Sometimes we see people who have passed away in dreams because they come to us to comfort us and make their passing easier, or as in your case, to pass along knowledge as well. Unfortunately this is not something we can control but is in Allah’s Hands, if He grants that soul permission to “visit”. The most you can do is pray to Allah and ask that He grant your husband permission to visit you again. However, keep in mind that Allah may have stopped your husband’s “visits” so that you can better adapt to not having him physically in dunya.
