Do not be afraid but recite the mu`awwidhataan (Surat al-Falaq and Surat an-Nas plus Surat al-Ikhlas 3 times each and Ayat al-Kursiyy one time before sleeping and blow over your hands then wipe all over yourself and intend it for the family, you will be protected.
