Asalaamualaikum, Please advise: We helped our brother when he was struggling repayments on his property purchase. We allowed him to obtain a lumpsum loan from our bank which he paid fixed amount directly to the loan account monthly for few years, but since August ’10 he has stopped paying and since then he has left his home and no one knows where he is residing. He only answers calls off an uncle who is doing his best to obtain our money off him, but this is proving very stressful/hard because we are due to have our 2nd baby in a month (please pray for easy delivery and healthy pious offspring) and want to purchase a house of our own..but this loan of brother is using up 50% of our wages monthly and we’re struggling to balance paying his loan and buying own property. Please advise dua/wird so he pays off the loan asap.

Your brother is to be contacted ASAP and made to realize that he is in the wrong. He should fear Allah and do his best to pay back money he owes you, or else he will be accountable on the Day of Judgment.
