i hope u r well …i jus wanted to ask a question out of anger I asked my husband who I married a year ago to why he does not provide for me and make time for me and den i asked him to release me den he came wid a letter stated dat he releasing me but we both started to cry nd we don’t want dis plz cud u tell me is dis divorce valid he did not utter the words to me but jus got a letter typed up in English stated the word divorce letter plz help thank u so much.

Handing over a typescript that states one is divorcing another does not in itself constitute talaq unless accompanied with the husband’s intention, which you stated is not the case. Therefore no divorce took place and the marriage still stands pristine.
