Aqeeda of Ahl as-Sunnah regarding talaq

Question:

JazakAllah dear Shaykh ! I want to ask whats the aqeedah of Ahle Sunnah of remarrying ex wife? some say firstly she has to marry another man & afterwords if he leaves her only then she can marry the first one & some says she can just do nikkah with the first one?
