I converted a year ago and told my parents recently. They demand I stop being muslim and threatened to kick me out of the house if they see me praying. I cant pray right now and I cant ask to eat halal. What can I do?
Answer:
Alaykum Salam,
Until you are able to move out, pray in secret. You may do so at the end of the day if not during the normal prayer times. As for food they will not force you so do your best but do not ask them anything to which they are averse.
