My Dad is facing property problems, inherited property is not being transferred in his name an the respective heirs: my dad, his brother an my aunt, after which has to be transferred in names of dads children.
The original document which was with my uncle who died a few yrs back. The LDA want the original document which is now impossible and is creating problems causing depression to dad an all concerned. Your urgent help is required for the property (10/B New Muslim town Lahore to be transferred in dads name an all the legal heirs and stays protected from all evil. Also the other land (Jawaaid Villa ) needs to be sold. Please guide us so it is sold soon at the correct market price.
