Question:
Assalamu Aleikum,
I married my wife who was Christian. I took her to masjid to do nikkah and agreed to the question the imam asked her. We live in [private]. For the past few weeks she`s been going to church just to make me mad. We had conversation regarding the shahada and she told me 3 weeks ago “I believe in one God but there are other prophets out there (authu billahi minal shaitani rajim) and Muhammad (PBUH) is not last prophet.” When she said that I felt betrayed. She said “I will never become a Muslim.” I was hoping to bring her to the deen and be patient with her but now I’m really worried about my deen and my akhira. She did help me though, she has a good heart but my deen is my priority. What will be your advice on this tricky situation.

She is still on her religion. Don’t be mad with her. Drive her to church if she wants. Bring her to the Naqshbandi group dhikr in Chicago on a regular basis. Let her socialize with good Muslim women. Gradually she will be guided.
