Entitled question was answered before by Shaykh Gibril Fouad Haddad on 7th Nov 2023. He suggested it will be halal if medical employers are aware of and consenting. If the hospital has no rule to declare any conflict of interest then what will happen?
Answer:
The fact there is no rule declaring conflict of interest or lack of conflict in the context of the original question leaves room for doubt. The rule in Shari`a is, in case of doubt abstain.
