Please can you answer is it haram to wear gem stones/crystals (for example, ruby, graphite, froza, etc ) for protection of evil and to remove any negative energies

Best you should wear it with the intention of (1) following the Sunnah of Prophet (s), and (2) all healing and benefit from the stones will come by the Will and Power of Allah Almighty.
