Is it ok to leave the face make up on when performing namaz or do we have take it off, do wudhu then perform namaz, and is wearing face make up halal?

Answer:
It is ok to leave the face make up on when performing namaz under two conditions:
1. The cosmetics must not prevent the water to go under.
2. She should not show it anyone except her husband and mahram.
