When I was younger I once did Jenaze Namaz while being a junub (didnt take ghusl). How do I recompense this? I want to clean myself from every wrong I did in the past especially to other people. What should I do to recompense this completely besides tawba?

In short – you have to repent, seek forgiveness, and resolve not to repeat the act you mentioned in your question. You have to make up for the prayer performed in such state as well.
