Nowadays there is a new trend of rings made out of wood and resin, sometimes combined and sometimes not. What is the ruling on wearing wooden and resin rings?
Answer:
As-Salamu ‘Alaikum,
The Prophet Muhammad (saws) stated that for men wearing gold is forbidden. There is no prohibition in the Islamic tradition for wearing rings made of any other kind of material provided it is halal.
