I visited Mawlana Shaikh Nazim Adil Al-Haqqani (qs) January 2010 for the second time to receive permission to marry and with Mawlana’s permission I married on July 2010,
My beloved wife has been blessed with pregnancy. She is 4-5 weeks into this. She is experiencing complications and is in a lot of pain,
Mawlana we humbly ask for your dua

wa `alaykum salam,
First let your wife consult her doctor.
For spiritual healing, make wudu and pray 2 raka`ats then recite Fatiha 40 times over water and let her drink from it. When in pain read Salatu munajiyyah (aka Salat tunjiyyah) and Surat al-Balad 7 times.
