Asalamualaikum syedi
I have had this problem for over a year with difficulty getting any cure. I suspect it is a stricture but wish not to go to the doctors again and undergo any revealing surgery. Is there anything that I can do to heal by diet and dua.

Consult a doctor who may advise non-invasive treatment such as medicine to facilitate urine flow if that is what you are referring to. Give sadaqa to your intention. When trying to pass urine say in your heart without moving the tongue لا قوّة إلا بالله la quwwata illa billah.
