Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh!
I’m 27, and made my shahada about 4 years ago. I heard from a brother who went to Cyprus that Mawlana Shaykh Nazim encourages even Muslims who converts at old age to make circumcision. I talked with an urologist and he says it’is ok to do the surgery at my age.
So, my question is: The circumcision in Islam cut the entire foreskin leaving all the inner part of one’s penis exposed, or cut just the upper part of it? I really appreciate your help and answer in this matter.
May Allah bless Mawlana Shaykh and gives him long life, bless Shaykh Hisham, Shaykh Mehmet, Shaykh Adnan, Shaykh Baha’ and all the eShaykh staff.
