Question:
I feel something lives in my right ear. When I recite Quran lots, I feel relief but this thing comes back. It is not my weham (only in my head and not in reality). I feel this thing disturbs me more if I meditate. I want to get rid of it.

As-salaam alaikum,
When you meditate it’s important that abundant zikr and salawat are involved. When you make istighfar you can meditate on the presence of the Prophet (saws) and know with certainty that he is asking for the forgiveness cure so that you find Allah turning to you and forgiving you.
“…when they were unjust to themselves, come to you and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Apostle had (also) asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Oft-returning (to mercy), Merciful.” (Surat an-Nisa’, 4:64)
Wa Allahu Alam,
Kamau Ayubbi
