Assalamualikum wah rah mah tulla he wah barakakatuhu.
Please can you advise on the following regarding my 3 year old son: He is not talking, not saying any words, He is not eating properly. He doesnt play with other children. He making hardly any eye contact with people. He doesn’t eat or try different foods either

Continue to seek medical advice and instructions regarding your son. Perform a `Aqiqa sacrificial offering of two sheep or goats on his behalf and give away, in support of your intention, one third as sadaqa to the poor, another third to relatives, and keep one third for yourselves to enjoy. Have patience, make obedience to Allah the best accompaniment to your constant duaas and dhikr, and trust in Allah.
