Question:
Hello, Is it ok to perform prayers and du`a with ihram but just lower part and be naked in upper body? Does it make angels and God angry with me?

According to Everyday Fiqh (Vol. 1) by Abdul Aziz Kamal, published by Islamic Publications, according to the Hanafi school:
If any of the following seven prerequisites is ignored, the prayer will not be deemed to have been performed at all …Covering of Satar: For males it is the part of the body between the navel and the knee…
However, it is preferable for a man to cover his shoulders while in prayer.
The Prophet (s) said: “None of you should pray in a single garment without having part of it upon his shoulder.” [Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim]
