Asalaamu Alaikum to all the Eshaykh Sheikhs that take the time to diligently answer our questions. We are all thankful.
I’d like to ask: While I suspect that the most important aspect to Salat-Ashukr is the sincere intention itself, I was wondering if Maulana uses a specific recitation of ayahs/surahs to demonstrate his own shukr when he prays it.

When we have prayed with him, Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani recites Surat al-Fatiha, then Surat al-Ikhlas 2x in the first raka`at and Surat al-Fatiha, then Surat al-Ikhlas 1x in the second raka`at. Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani does the same.
