Salaam my beloved shayks and lovers of Sultan ul Awliyah Mawlana Shaykh Nazim qs and of our habib, Sayyidina Muhammad saw. My qeustion is can you do dua and surah tul fatihah before a person is buried? In my family when someone passes away,we do suratul fatihah before and after salatul janazah. What do the four schools of fiqh say on this ruling? Thank you

Surat Al-Fatiha is Umm al-Qur’an, the Mother-heart of the Qur’an. It is the best du`a according to your intention, and you may use it for any need and occasion, even for the sick or for a funeral.
