Salam Ya Shaykh,
I work in USA.My fellows do wudu in office in Zuhur and wear non leather socks and do masah and pray.What is right in this regard as due to doubt i miss prayer.As you might know there are no arrangements for wudu in Offices, what way we can offer our prayers. Also Pray for all of us who work away from their homes for their security and health of iman and to keep us close to Shultans and Shaykhs to keep us on way to Allah.I have no words to thank you, how blessed i feel to seek your advice.Jazakallah.

Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani has taught us in situations of khawf, fear, such as in the office, you may pray in a way that does not draw attention to yourself. For example if you may sit in a chair and make bowing motions with just your head rather than standing, bowing and prostrating.
As for wudu, normal socks are insufficient for masah, but you may wear khuffs (leather socks) and oversize shoes over them or you may buy modern technology waterproof socks like Sealskinz which you you may make masah over.
