salam alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh
I was praying Jummah prayers when the brother praying beside me fainted and collapsed. I continued with my prayers but was unsure weather It was a the right thing to do? Should I have carried on praying or should I have helped the brother in need, even though other brothers came to the brothers aid?
Please could you shed some light if such an situation should occur when praying.

wa `alaykum salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
It is obligatory (wajib) to try to save the life of a human being even during the prayer. You should have helped the brother in need and then repeated your prayer afterwards.
