Alhamdulillah, i bought new khuffs. Now what I need to know is how do we wipe over it? I am planning to put these before I leave to office in the morning. Should I make wudu before putting in the khuffs? Can I wear a normal socks inside the khuffs? I would also like to know the time validity and when should we make the normal wudu after that? Any niyyah to be done. Please advise.

Essalamu Alaikum,
Regular Wudu is always neccesary before putting on khuffs. Right after the wudu put on the khuffs and for any new wudu instead of washing your feet just wipe over the khuffs. You can wear normal socks inside the khuffs. If you are planning to put these on before you leave for office in the morning make sure you make regular a wudu for your Fajr Salat. The time validity of Mash (wiping) is 24 hours and for a musafir (traveler) 72 hours (3 days). Niyyah is the same as for a regular wudu.
