Question:
I cannot offer namaz at all. While standing for namaz, my head and hands start shaking. I am not even able to do Takbirah Al Ihram, as such i keep standing in the prayer mat for long durations, eventually end up hurting myself out of frustration.

If this is a medical issue you can only do what is possible, if it is a spiritual and emotional issue, Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, and Mawlana Shaykh Hisham and other inheritors remind us that without love, actions and worship are incomplete. Therefore we must ask for love to increase. When we remember Allah we can ask for His Love which related to His Divinely support. He doesn’t need our prayers but has hidden His Love in acts of devotion and prayer conveyed to us through His Beloved Muhammad saws. So as you Love Allah and Muhammad and receive their love you will have more ability to worship. Otherwise actions will be dry, stale, and contain no healing for us.
