I have questions about the meaning of the following Arabic words.
(i) انتصاف انهار
(ii) ارتفاع انهار
Do they mean before or after Salat Dhuhr?

The correct spelling is النهار in both cases. The first means mid-day
and the second means when daylight is completely visible.
