Asalam walekum,
My stomach pain a lot so I go to bathroom 3 times a day, so when I go I feel my taharat is broken & also when I go to urine I feel sumthing different sumtimes & I feel my taharat is broken so started to do ghusl more than 6 times a day, sorry for bad language.

Alaykum Salam,
Incontinence is a common issue and the ruling is to just make wudu‘ (not ghusl) before each fard prayer and pray even if it breaks again during prayer, prayer is valid and accepted in sha Allah. You may wear an adult diaper.
