Question:
Few years back I had made an intention to construct wudu deck of a particular masjid if my problems are solved at that time I did not have money. Alhamdulillah now I have money to construct ur in that masjid wudu deck is already constructed. What to do?
Answer:
As-Salamu ‘Alaikum,
If a person makes a vow concerning something that he can not fulfill, then he has no option but to offer Kaffarat Yameen. That is expiation for breaking an oath which requires freeing a believing slave, or feeding or clothing ten poor people. Whoever cannot do this must fast for three days.
