Answer:
An interest-free loan is repaid without interest regardless. And a loan with interest is haram regardless.

I’ve missed a total of 30 years of fard salat when i was young and because of illnesses.
It’s already very difficult for me to pray the normal fard prayer.
Can I pray allahu akbar followed by taslim to make up my missed fard prayer?

You may pray the required prayers sitting or lying down even with minimal movements if unable to do more without duress.
