I had offered Salat ul Hajaat namaz and the same night I had a dream that I was getting cheated, so what should I understand from this? Aren’t they good for me Or do dreams come only during istikhar namaz?

i have schizophrenia. I Heard voices in my head that try to Make me believe it’s an Angel, Sheikh Nazim, a saint living in my body, etc And asking me to do so or so!
How do i distinguinsh true inspirations from thoses voices.

Follow medical advice. True inspirations only remind you of goodness in a familiar and recognizable way. If not, then ignore.

I dreamt my son was to complete Quran in front of a couple of Muslims by reciting in front of everyone. We were fully covered. I had a lot of sabr & knowledgeable in dream about Quran & humble. Woke up so didn’t get to see him read.
