Salam,
I felt I have recently reached a point of healthy balance in my mind and have made great realizations.
Soon after this a lady touched my head and has altered my mind. She is saying this form of energy is a blessing and is something from ancient Japan and not from the United States- where I live and I am extremely careful about spiritual studies.
Pray for me that Allah almighty returns me to the holy state he has intended for me and puts me back into proper form as his servant.

You are under the guidance of powerful saints, which causes other “healers” to be jealous and try to reduce that light you are receiving. However no one can alter your mind, that is a misperception. Continue to be constant on the spiritual practices assigned by your shaykh and the advice given to you by Shaykh Gibril, and any evil influence will be eliminated, insha-Allah. Any additional recitation you like to do from Quran, salawat or the du`as of the Prophet (s) will be additional benefit, insha-Allah.
