I am 34 years old sister recently moved to Riyadh.I was diagnosed with MS when i was England in 2008.It is a neurological problem related to brain.It has affected my speech and digestive system.Sometimes I am NOT able to hold stools and need toilet urgently.The condition is getting worse.My speech has become unclear awful sounds come from my mouth.It gets very embarrassing in public.I have lost my confidence.Plz help .JazakALLAH KHAIR
