Question:
Dearest Maulana Shaikh Nazim As’Salaam Alaiykum wr wb.
When i sleep at night i freeze My head gets heavy and wholr body feels like its experiencing a seizere i cannot move to get myself out of it eventhough if my family are near my room or in the next room i can hear them clearly but they cannot hear me shouting for help. Usually i am shouting while im stuck during this experience, My whole body feels as if it is under immense pressure and my heart stops beating making it very difficult for me to breath this lasts a total of 2-3 sec but feels as if it has lasted 30-40 min. i say ALLAH or ALLAH HO to get out of it.
